At Try2Eat, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the perishable and consumable nature of dehydrated products, we follow a strict refund and replacement policy.

You may request a replacement if:
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:
- The product is manufacturally defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product was damaged during transit (report within 24 hours).
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The refund request is made within 6 to 7 Working days of the delivery date.
- The product was not marked as a final sale or non-returnable item.
Claim Process
- Email us at try2eatt@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the product issue
- Short description of the problem
- Our support team will verify within 2–3 working days.
Resolution
If the item is out of stock, a refund will be initiated.
If approved, a replacement will be shipped free of cost.
